“During the past 16 years I have been involved in various projects and processes as project manager, managing director and trainer. Some of these projects and team processes were successful, others mediocre and there were also failures. I was not always able to identify exactly what the reason for this was. There were also occasional situations in which I was very discouraged by the poor performance or cooperation of the team members. The big change came in 2013, when I completed the Innovation Competence Training with motiv – Gesellschaft für Innovation. Wow! Since my graduation from this course I can be pleased about great achievements. This applies to my person and my professional environment. The performance, productivity and cooperation of the teams have always stabilized and improved. It is great fun to observe how the help for self-help has a lasting effect.
